ISHVAYRO is presented by founder and owner Ishan Gupta. The contracting entity, business postal address and contact channels will be disclosed before sales begin. This preview does not create a purchase contract.
Products & availability
Current images are AI concept mockups, not evidence of physical inventory. Final fabric, measurements, colour options and stock status will be displayed before purchase. Co-ord set prices include two pieces unless a product description clearly states otherwise.
Pricing & payments
Market prices are displayed in USD, INR, GBP or AUD. They are proposed local prices, not a live currency exchange service. The final currency, item prices, shipping, applicable taxes and import-charge arrangements must be disclosed before payment. No payment is collected by this preview.
Order acceptance
Saving items to a bag does not place an order or reserve inventory. At launch, order receipt, acceptance, dispatch and cancellation communications will be distinguished clearly. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will notify the customer and refund amounts due.
Shipping, returns & consumer rights
The shipping policy and returns and refund policy form part of the planned terms. Statutory consumer protections take precedence where required. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Responsible use & intellectual property
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security or submit unlawful content. Brand assets and original site content are presented for browsing and shopping; third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
Privacy & changes
Read the privacy notice for device storage and hosting information. Updated terms will be dated. Changes will not retroactively remove rights attaching to an existing order.
Disputes & support
Contact the brand’s published support channel when it becomes available. These terms do not impose an exclusive foreign forum or remove mandatory local protections. Final operating-jurisdiction details remain to be supplied before sales begin.
