How long does delivery take?
The planned estimate is 12–14 business days after dispatch, plus 1–3 business days for processing: approximately 13–17 business days total. Customs and carrier delays can extend estimates.
Can I order today?

Are these photographs of physical stock?
No. The catalogue currently uses AI design mockups. Physical samples, fabric specifications, colours, sizing and availability will be confirmed before orders open.
Can I return an item?

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact support promptly with the order number. Photos can help but an unboxing video is not required. We provide the remedy required by applicable law and cover eligible reasonable return costs.
Do co-ord prices include both pieces?
Yes. Co-ord prices refer to the matching top and bottom shown for that concept.
Which countries and currencies are planned?
India (INR), United States (USD), United Kingdom (GBP) and Australia (AUD). Prices are set per market, rather than being live exchange-rate conversions.
Is shipping included?
No free-shipping promise is currently made. Shipping charges, applicable taxes and any import-charge arrangements must be disclosed before payment.
Where is my tracking number?
For future orders, tracking will be included with dispatch confirmation. Carrier scans can take 24–48 hours after handover. If delivery exceeds the estimate, contact support.
