Who is responsible?

ISHVAYRO is the clothing brand presented by Ishan Gupta. The operating legal entity, postal address and dedicated privacy contact will be published before customer data is collected through orders or enquiry forms.

What this preview stores

The website stores your saved product selection, size preferences and selected market in your browser’s local storage. These values remain on the device/browser unless you clear site data. They are not an order and are not submitted to us by the bag feature.

The hosting provider may process request and security information needed to deliver and protect this website. The private preview uses ChatGPT access controls; sign-in is managed by the hosting provider. ISHVAYRO does not receive your ChatGPT password.

Forms, payments & marketing

This preview has no working contact submission, payment collection, mailing-list signup or order database. We do not currently use advertising pixels or analytics scripts in the storefront code. If these features are introduced, this notice will be updated to identify the data collected, purposes, providers, retention and applicable choices before use.

Future order information

At launch, necessary order data may include name, contact details, delivery address and purchased items, for fulfilment and support. Payment details will be handled by the chosen payment provider. Specific providers, international transfers, retention periods and lawful bases will be documented before checkout opens. This paragraph is a plan, not consent to an unspecified new collection.

Your choices

Remove saved items using the bag controls or clear browser site data to remove local preferences. Privacy requests will be available through the published privacy contact at launch.
