Shipping & delivery.
Pre-launch preview · Ordering is not open yet. These are the planned service policies for launch. Support contact, return address, shipping charges and payment setup must be published before orders open.
When will my order arrive?
Our planned standard delivery estimate is 12–14 business days from dispatch. Processing is separate and is expected to take 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and stock verification. This gives an estimated total of 13–17 business days from a confirmed order. Business days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays.
This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs inspections, destination restrictions, weather and carrier disruption can cause delays. If a different timeline applies to a product, pre-order or destination, it will be shown before payment.
Tracking & dispatch
At launch, a dispatch confirmation and carrier tracking link will be sent using the contact details provided with the order. Carrier scans may take 24–48 hours after handover to appear. A label being created does not by itself mean the carrier has received the parcel.
Shipping charges, taxes & duties
Shipping charges and applicable checkout taxes will be displayed before payment. Free shipping is not currently promised. Any import charges payable by the recipient will be clearly disclosed before an order is placed. Destination eligibility and carrier coverage will be confirmed at checkout.
Delays, missing parcels & incorrect addresses
If the 14-business-day transit estimate has passed, contact support with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the carrier. Where a parcel is confirmed lost or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will offer the appropriate replacement or refund; statutory rights remain unaffected. We will not require you to pursue the carrier instead of us.
Check your full address and postal code before ordering. Request corrections before dispatch; changes after dispatch may be unavailable. Any proposed redelivery charge will be explained before it is charged.
Split orders
If items need separate parcels, each parcel will have its own tracking and dispatch information. Any additional charge requires disclosure before payment.
